2. At-home bleaching: In this method, your dentist will fabricate a customized bleaching tray, in which a bleaching agent is applied to the tray and you have to keep it for 3-4 hours.
3. Whitening strips, gels, tooth pastes, chewing gums - these are the easily available options, but they may cause gum irritation, so please consult a dentist before using them.
