Why process is important :
Most people talk about goals, but the fact is both successful people and failed people had the same goal. The difference there is the process like, preparation strategy, amount of hard work they put in and so on......that's why the process is more important than the goal.
How to track my process...
When you are learning a skill or working on something try to record the process
for example,
where you are learning,
what are the tools you used,
your daily progress
once you finished learning that skill or in the middle, analyze your progress and note what are the things you did was helping your progress, and the mistakes you did and try to solve the mistakes, rethink your process, and make it effectiveso now you know two things one is that skill you learned another one is how to learn that skill effectively.
Not all the time our process gives positive results sometimes we may experience negative effects, don't be scared of failures, failures teach you more about your process than success
