A simple productivity hack !





Decluttering your to-do list :
   Start with writing all the tasks which you do in a day, important / non-important, small/big it doesn't matter write down all of them, now ask yourself these 4 questions
1. What are the tasks that keep you one step closer to your goals
2. what is currently not helping you and needs to be removed from your daily routine
3. if you keep living this way would you become the person you wanted to be?
    By answering this you can remove all the negative tasks and keep your to-do list a clear cut tool to achieve your goal

Advantages :
  1. Improves your confidence 
  2. Reduces anxiety
  3. Release stress
  4. Improve your Focus
  5. a smart way to avoid Procrastination

Decluttering your Environment :
  • A messy work desk/home is a lifestyle for many the people, people with a messy home have high-stress hormone levels (cortisol )than people have an organized workplace, so cleaning and organizing will workout in reducing stress
  • Start small start with one cupboard/bookshelf per day.
  • Don't strive for perfection, Don't always try to be perfect, because no one knows the perfect strategy or perfect way
Less is More :
Always simply keep things, having too many tabs open or having too many file folders/apps doesn't gonna help you
I used to note every important thing in a single notebook, bank details, important contacts, and my work details, and I write an index with page no. Most of you will think this would be confusing but that's not, that was helping, that notebook was always in my handbag whenever I need that was my handy memory.
Nowadays I'm using the Evernote app, instead of a notebook but the concept is to keep things simple and less.
